- • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support for trading and account-related inquiries.
- • Guide clients through the company’s advanced trading platform, assisting with activities ranging from purchasing their first stock to executing complex multi-asset strategies including options, futures, forex, crypto, and event contracts.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account management, including statement reviews, permissions, tax documentation, funding, and trading activity.
- • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences and timely resolution of systemic or technical issues.
- • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools, and proactively share feedback with team leads to enhance service delivery.
- • Embody company values through compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient communication, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- • Actively engage with a global client base throughout the workday, addressing diverse needs in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- • Gain in-depth understanding of global financial markets, including equities, options, futures, foreign exchange, crypto, fixed income, and event trading products.
- • Learn how a technology-driven brokerage operates behind the scenes, including platform architecture, risk protocols, and operational workflows.
- • Develop best-in-class problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-energy environment with continuous exposure to real-time market activity and client demands.
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring four days per week in the Vancouver, BC office and one day remote.
- • Support clients across over 200 countries and territories, interacting with individual investors, financial advisors, hedge funds, and introducing brokers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
- • Recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role.
- • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- • Comfortable navigating advanced desktop and mobile trading platforms.
- • Curious about financial markets and the technology that powers them.
- • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
