- • As the First User Acquisition Manager for a new business at Skelar AS, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling paid user acquisition campaigns to drive growth for a personality simulation app that helps users bridge the gap between who they are and who they could become.
- • You will manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads with monthly budgets exceeding $100k, optimize for volume and ROMI, generate and test hypotheses on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, and make data-driven decisions using AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Product team to design new funnels and run product experiments, improve conversion rates through CRO, sync with Creative Marketing to brief concepts and provide data-backed insights, and research competitors, market trends, and emerging traffic channels.
- • You will join a high-impact venture builder environment with 1000+ professionals, where ownership is high, experimentation cycles are fast, and your work directly influences product and business metrics in a mission-driven company building globally competitive tech businesses from Ukraine.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition (UA)
- • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads: setup, optimization, and scaling
- • Strong understanding of UA metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR
- • Experience with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau
- • Understanding of what makes a creative strong (hook, format, narrative)
- • English proficiency at B2+ level
