- • The FirstAlt Client Services Rep II serves as the primary liaison between First Student and its school district clients, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for over 5 million students daily.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing scheduled trips, monitoring driver compliance, troubleshooting service disruptions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients, parents, schools, and drivers via phone, email, text, and chat.
- • The role involves building and optimizing transportation routes, generating performance reports, handling escalated issues with professionalism, and supporting bilingual service requirements when applicable.
- • As part of a 60,000+ employee organization focused on safety and innovation in student transportation, the representative contributes to operational excellence by ensuring timely responses, accurate recordkeeping, and seamless coordination across departments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or transportation coordination with strong communication skills via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain accurate records including trip logs, reports, and calendar adjustments.
- • Experience working with school districts, transportation partners, or public service environments; familiarity with routing, scheduling, or student transportation systems preferred.
- • Demonstrated professionalism in handling escalated situations with urgency, calmness, and empathy; bilingual language skills may be required for certain assignments.
- • Proficiency in generating and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to trip performance, billing, and incident tracking.
