- • As the Flagship Events & Experiences Lead at LangChain, Inc., you will own and scale Interrupt, the company’s flagship user conference, transforming it into a defining global gathering for AI agent builders and leaders. This role is pivotal in turning live experiences into measurable business growth by aligning event strategy with pipeline, community expansion, and brand affinity, ensuring every event delivers exceptional attendee experiences while driving real-world impact.
- • You will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Interrupt, from vision and positioning to on-site logistics and post-event analysis, establishing it as the premier event in the AI agents space. This includes designing and implementing scalable systems, playbooks, and vendor frameworks that enable global expansion without operational complexity, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all touchpoints.
- • You will drive operational excellence by owning timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, production, content, and on-site experience, guaranteeing events are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, with zero tolerance for overruns or execution gaps.
- • You will define and track success metrics tied to pipeline, engagement, and community growth, building reporting frameworks that connect event performance directly to business outcomes and inform future marketing, sales, and product strategy.
- • You will act as the central connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, Developer Relations, Product, and Executive Leadership, aligning cross-functional teams on goals, audience, content, and follow-up strategy to remove bottlenecks and accelerate execution.
- • You will manage large-scale event budgets with full accountability, optimizing vendor relationships, negotiating effectively, and ensuring efficient allocation of spend while maintaining financial discipline and transparency.
- • You will develop standardized tools, templates, and playbooks that empower regional and field teams to execute high-quality, brand-aligned events globally, extending the Interrupt experience beyond the flagship conference.
- • You will build stakeholder trust through transparent communication, proactive updates, and consistent delivery, becoming a reliable partner across leadership and functional teams who can count on you to deliver exceptional results.
- • You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels—setting long-term vision for the events engine while diving into ground-level execution to ensure flawless delivery, embodying the balance of 30,000-foot thinking and on-the-ground ownership.
- • You will help shape how the LangChain brand comes to life in real life, creating immersive, memorable experiences that strengthen community bonds, showcase product innovation, and position LangChain as the essential platform for AI agent development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale conference production
- • Proven experience owning and scaling flagship events or user conferences with 1,000+ attendees
- • Strong track record of delivering events tied to pipeline, revenue, or community growth
- • Deep expertise in event operations, vendor management, and production
- • Experience building repeatable systems and scalable playbooks for event execution
- • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs
- • Data-driven mindset with experience in event reporting and ROI measurement
- • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
