• • Provides underwriting interpretation within established company policies and state-specific requirements.
• • Acts as a subject matter resource to less experienced title examiners on complex commercial title issues.
• • Maintains knowledge of Florida-specific title laws, regulations, and recording practices.
• • Conducts title examinations across multiple states, requiring familiarity with varying state licensing and compliance requirements.
• • May interact directly with clients or agents to clarify title issues or provide documentation summaries.
