📋 Description

• • This role supports financial management for a Department of Defense client, focusing on audit readiness, financial policy compliance, and functional support for the Advana enterprise analytics platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include applying GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD financial policies; supporting audit statements and readiness; enhancing compliance within ERP systems; and sustaining financial applications and analytics in Advana for use cases like General Ledger/Trial Balance, Fund Balance with Treasury, DARQ, and Intra-Governmental Transactions.
• • The team operates within Guidehouse’s Financial Management practice, serving federal clients with deep expertise in government accounting, internal controls, and financial systems modernization.
• • The person will develop specialized expertise in DoD financial management, gain hands-on experience with the Advana analytics platform, and strengthen skills in audit readiness, financial reporting, and federal compliance—positioning them as a trusted advisor in government financial transformation.
