• • As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Brillio, you will partner with one of the nation's largest restaurant networks to transform supply chain and store operations using AI and agentic workflows, directly impacting food logistics, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, you will design, build, and deploy AI agents for demand forecasting, procurement automation, logistics optimization, store support, menu costing, and food safety compliance, working closely with supply chain managers, procurement leaders, and technology teams to deliver real-world impact.
• • Brillio is a global digital engineering and consulting firm focused on AI-driven transformation, partnering with enterprise clients to solve complex operational challenges through innovative technology solutions.
