📋 Description

• The ideal forward deployed builder is a composite person who can draw on various skills to solve customer problems.
• Ema is building the Universal Agentic Control Plane, a platform that automates business processes.
• The forward deployed builder will embed inside customers and partners, find high-value opportunities for agentic automation, and implement the solution.
• This role involves working in rotational deployments between home office and customer sites across EMEA and North America.
• The forward deployed builder will hunt for work worth doing, design agentic flows, build demos, win technical conversations, and implement solutions.
• The ideal candidate is technical, persuasive, product-minded, and AI-first.
• The role requires a unique blend of skills, including writing code, using the agentic platform, and reading an audience.
• Ema is looking for individuals who are strong in multiple areas and can drive the impact of ten people.
• The company will train the forward deployed builder hard before deployment and provide the necessary tools and support.
