This involves understanding the nuances of their specific workflows and identifying the key signals that will accurately represent their performance. • • You will own the end-to-end setup, configuration, and implementation process for all new customers. This hands-on role requires a meticulous approach to ensure that each client's Reflow instance is perfectly tailored to their needs, enabling them to achieve tangible value from day one. You will be the go-to expert for initial setup, ensuring data integrity and the accurate mapping of client activities to Reflow's analytical framework.
• • Beyond the initial onboarding, your role extends to ensuring sustained value for our customers. This involves proactively refining configurations, optimizing metrics, and enhancing reporting based on ongoing client feedback and evolving business needs. You will continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to maintain the highest level of accuracy and relevance.
• • A critical aspect of this role is the close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer, bringing valuable real-world insights and feedback to the table.
