  • • As a Forward Deployed Data Analyst at Reflow, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower teams with unparalleled workforce and workflow intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our platform by meticulously configuring and validating the core data models and metrics that drive their insights. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between how organizations conceptualize their work and how our platform translates that into accurate, actionable analytics. You will be the expert responsible for defining, implementing, and refining the productivity, economics, and workflow definitions that are crucial for each client's success.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with our clients, delving deep into their unique goals, operational structures, and desired outcomes. You will translate these business objectives into a clear, actionable implementation plan within the Reflow platform. This involves understanding the nuances of their specific workflows and identifying the key signals that will accurately represent their performance. Your ability to ask the right questions and listen attentively will be paramount in this discovery phase.
  • • You will own the end-to-end setup, configuration, and implementation process for all new customers. This hands-on role requires a meticulous approach to ensure that each client's Reflow instance is perfectly tailored to their needs, enabling them to achieve tangible value from day one. You will be the go-to expert for initial setup, ensuring data integrity and the accurate mapping of client activities to Reflow's analytical framework.
  • • Beyond the initial onboarding, your role extends to ensuring sustained value for our customers. This involves proactively refining configurations, optimizing metrics, and enhancing reporting based on ongoing client feedback and evolving business needs. You will continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to maintain the highest level of accuracy and relevance.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer, bringing valuable real-world insights and feedback to the table. By identifying opportunities for platform enhancement and potential improvements in data modeling or analytical capabilities, you will directly influence the product roadmap and contribute to the evolution of Reflow.
  • • You will be instrumental in continuously improving our implementation and analytics processes. Your focus will be on streamlining workflows, reducing the time it takes for new customers to realize value, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our deployment strategies. This includes developing best practices, creating reusable configurations, and documenting effective methodologies.
  • • Designing, validating, and iterating on Reflow's data models is a core function of this position. You will ensure that the metrics and reports generated by the platform remain accurate, useful, and meaningful for our clients. This requires a deep understanding of data relationships, a commitment to data quality, and the ability to anticipate potential issues or inconsistencies.
  • • You will regularly query and analyze anonymized, aggregated client data. This analytical work is crucial for improving our underlying data design, identifying potential gaps or conflicts in data interpretation, and ensuring the overall robustness of our analytical engine. Your findings will directly inform product development and configuration best practices.
  • • Partnering with Customer Success and Product teams, you will define how organizations and teams measure their work. This collaborative effort involves translating complex business requirements into reliable, quantifiable business intelligence that clients can trust and act upon. You will be the bridge between abstract business concepts and concrete data-driven insights.
  • • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on turning real-world activity data into clear, consistent, and actionable structures. If you are passionate about ensuring the accuracy and usefulness of analytics for every new team and enjoy owning the critical link between how teams think about work and what the platform measures, you will find this position incredibly rewarding.
  • • We are open to discussing part-time arrangements for this role, offering flexibility to accommodate diverse candidate needs. Ultimately, if you are driven to own configuration quality and are committed to making new teams successful from their very first day with Reflow, you will find a perfect fit within our dynamic team.
