- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will serve as a technical bridge between the company’s cutting-edge AI platform and its enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and ongoing value delivery. This role is critical to customer success, as you will directly influence how effectively organizations adopt and scale AI-driven operations across voice, email, and enterprise systems.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, building and deploying full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python; designing and tuning AI/ML components like LLM prompts and voice transcribers; managing third-party API integrations; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams; and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with a founder’s mindset of ownership and urgency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
