- • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform to enable autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.
- • Implement intelligent, autonomous workflows that leverage multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and automation capabilities native to the Workato platform.
- • Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Workato’s connectors, workflows, and recipes to deliver context-aware, grounded, and real-time responses from large language models (LLMs).
- • Develop advanced prompting strategies, memory management techniques, and behavior-planning frameworks to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex, multi-step workflows.
- • Act as a technical solutions expert by troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent-based frameworks built on the Workato Agentic AI platform.
- • Create and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows featuring agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration with enterprise applications.
- • Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
- • Collaborate directly with customers to understand business use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions that align with technical and operational goals.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- • Contribute to internal process improvements and expand Workato’s knowledge base through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- • Participate in all phases of product development—from ideation to implementation—providing technical insights and expertise to shape product direction.
- • Assist product managers in defining technical and design specifications to ensure alignment with product goals and user needs.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with integration platforms, automation technologies, and enterprise application ecosystems to deliver high-impact solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Workato
- • Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
- • Knowledge of integration projects including APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML), data structures (JSON), RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and automation technologies such as middleware, ESB, BPM, or SDKs
- • Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby
