📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will serve as a technical bridge between the company’s cutting-edge AI platform and enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and ongoing value realization of AI workforces across voice, email, and enterprise systems.
• • Day to day, you will work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, building and deploying full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, designing and tuning AI/ML applications such as LLM prompting and voice systems, managing third-party API integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
