- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at H2Analytics, you will deploy, configure, and support the EASE platform and other software solutions in client environments, primarily on-premises, ensuring seamless integration with complex, secure infrastructures used by military, national security, and law enforcement organizations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, troubleshooting technical issues across application, network, and infrastructure layers, adapting deployments to diverse client environments, and serving as a primary technical point of contact for clients to diagnose problems and ensure long-term success.
