• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building customer-facing solutions across front-end, back-end, data pipelines, and AI models; operating in 'cockpit mode' by steering AI agents (Claude Code, Codex) to write code, run tests, manage tickets, and interact with systems like GitHub, Jira, and Salesforce; making trade-offs between code elegance and shipping speed; exploring innovative approaches through self-directed learning; and contributing to hiring by identifying candidates who thrive in high-velocity environments.
