📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.
• Implement prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows.
• Act as a technical solutions expert in troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built on the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows featuring agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration via the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI system performance to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks, ensuring smooth deployment and operational continuity.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and expand Workato’s knowledge base through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in all phases of product development—from ideation to implementation—providing technical insights and expertise to shape product direction.
• Assist product managers in creating technical and design specifications aligned with product goals and user needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across teams and clients.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges in real-time customer environments while maintaining high standards of service and reliability.
• Leverage deep understanding of integration architecture patterns, APIs, middleware, and enterprise automation technologies to build cohesive AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain hands-on proficiency with RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases to support end-to-end workflow development.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, customer outcomes, and internal workflows through innovation and iterative improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
• Knowledge of implementing integration projects with hands-on experience in automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases
• Strong working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP/XML APIs, JSON data structures, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases
