- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Vendelux, you will serve as a Technical Account Manager responsible for building, integrating, and deploying customized AI agents that align with each customer’s brand voice, compliance needs, and risk tolerance to maximize outreach effectiveness and drive measurable pipeline growth.
- • Day to day, you will guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution, set up email infrastructure and deliverability systems, build and optimize B2B email campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools, analyze prospect lists and performance data to refine targeting, manage campaign responses and follow-ups, and collaborate with engineering teams to feed real-world insights into product development.
- • You will join a fast-growing Series A SaaS company founded in 2021 and backed by FirstMark, with a team drawn from industry leaders like Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and Shutterstock, all united in transforming event marketing into a data-driven, scalable growth channel through AI-powered insights and automation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI agent customization, B2B outreach automation, CRM integration, and customer success strategy — gaining hands-on experience shaping product direction while helping high-growth companies turn events into predictable revenue engines.
