📋 Description
- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Latamcent, you will be the primary technical contact for enterprise clients, owning the end-to-end deployment of AI-powered voice solutions from configuration to production and ensuring ongoing reliability at scale.
- • You will lead the full deployment lifecycle for enterprise voice AI integrations, serve as the main technical liaison for client accounts, build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems, own telephony integrations across SIP/RTP, translate client needs into scalable platform solutions, and drive data-informed optimizations through logging and analytics.
- • Latamcent is a fast-growing enterprise voice AI platform automating customer service at scale for global clients handling tens of thousands of calls daily, backed by strong funding and rapidly expanding its deployment team to meet rising demand.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in client-facing technical ownership, enterprise VoIP systems, cloud-native deployment practices, and cross-functional influence by feeding real-world deployment patterns back to product and engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5 years in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or deployment/implementation
- • Hands-on Python experience in a production context
- • Experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and telephony infrastructure
- • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
- • Comfortable owning complex enterprise stakeholder relationships independently
- • Native-level English fluency
- • Availability during PST business hours (full overlap required)
