- • Build front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, Node, and SQL to create customer-facing healthtech solutions.
- • Collaborate directly with urgent care centers and emergency medicine groups to gather clinical and operational requirements and iterate on software solutions.
- • Deploy, monitor, and operate services on AWS, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues in real time.
- • Travel frequently for on-site customer engagements, deployments, and support at healthcare facilities across the U.S.
- • Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping, moving ideas from concept to shipped code in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- • Work closely with a small, high-velocity team to translate complex healthcare workflows into functional, reliable software.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of features, from initial customer feedback to production deployment and post-launch support.
- • Participate in customer training and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of deployed systems.
- • Maintain clear, concise documentation for internal processes and customer-facing technical workflows.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and product priorities in a pre-seed-funded startup environment.
- • Balance technical execution with empathetic communication when working with non-technical clinical and operational stakeholders.
- • Operate with high autonomy while maintaining alignment with team goals and product vision.
- • Ship reliable software quickly under tight timelines without compromising quality or user safety in a regulated healthcare context.
- • Relocate to and work on-site in Miami, Florida, as the primary base of operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–1 years of professional software development experience (new grads welcome)
- • Proficiency in full-stack TypeScript development (frontend and backend)
- • Experience with or strong familiarity with React, SQL, Deno, Node.js, and AWS
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing engineering work
- • Comfortable working directly with clinical or operational stakeholders
- • Willingness to be on-site in Miami and travel regularly for customer engagements
- • Ability to ship reliable software quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- • Must be eligible to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa

- • Base salary: $80,000 – $130,000 USD annually (slightly negotiable)
