📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.
• Implement intelligent, autonomous, and efficient agentic AI workflows leveraging multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and automation capabilities within the Workato platform.
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Workato’s connectors, workflows, and recipes to enable context-aware, grounded, and real-time responses from large language models (LLMs).
• Develop advanced prompting techniques, memory management systems, and behavior-planning protocols to enable LLMs and agents to reliably author and execute complex workflows.
• Act as a technical solutions expert by troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures, including scalable RAG pipelines and agent frameworks built on the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Design and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows featuring agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration via the Workato platform.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions while ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing enterprise IT frameworks, ensuring smooth deployment and operational continuity.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and expand Workato’s knowledge base through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in all phases of product development—from ideation to implementation—providing technical insights and expertise to shape product direction.
• Assist product managers in creating technical and design specifications that align with product goals and user needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders through strong written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain deep familiarity with integration platforms, automation technologies, and enterprise application ecosystems to ensure effective solution delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Workato
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
• Strong working knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML), data structures (JSON), and RDBMS/NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Ruby
