📋 Description

• Work directly with enterprise customers to onboard, implement, and optimize HappyRobot’s AI platform across voice, email, and enterprise systems.
• Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to create custom features, MVPs, and scalable tools that enhance customer outcomes.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompting, voice model tuning, and transcription optimization tailored to specific customer use cases.
• Manage API integrations with third-party enterprise systems to ensure seamless, reliable connectivity and data flow for customer operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and new capabilities.
• Prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines while maintaining rigorous quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Take extreme ownership of customer success — proactively identify and resolve issues, even when outside traditional responsibilities, with no blame-shifting or waiting for others to act.
• Apply craftsmanship to every task, from code quality to documentation and customer interactions, ensuring every deliverable reflects deep attention to detail and excellence.
• Operate with urgency and focus: move quickly but prioritize ruthlessly to achieve maximum impact with minimal effort, aligning all work to high-leverage outcomes.
• Embody a founder mindset: work independently, take initiative, and drive projects from concept to deployment without needing constant direction.
• Engage with customers as a technical partner, explaining complex AI and engineering concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to enable adoption and trust.
• Contribute to product innovation by identifying patterns in customer usage and proposing new features or architectural improvements based on real-world deployment data.
• Uphold the company’s operating principles: be a “majo” — kind, genuine, and collaborative; challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking; and raise the bar through merit-based contribution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Hands-on proficiency in Python
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
