📋 Description
- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Creative Transformation) at TrueLogic Company, you will work at the core of content and creative transformation engagements, mapping and redesigning creative workflows while building AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model inside real production environments.
- • Day to day, you will map creative workflows end-to-end, identify bottlenecks, configure and implement creative AI platforms, integrate AI-powered workflows into DAMs, CMS, and marketing technology stacks, build prompt architectures and automation layers, establish governance frameworks for brand safety and compliance, train teams on new workflows, define success metrics, and contribute to project scoping and reusable accelerator development while embedded within client teams alongside creative directors, producers, and marketing technology leads.
- • You will join TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600+ highly skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies—from startups to Fortune 500 giants—to deliver digital transformation solutions that drive measurable business impact.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in enterprise creative ecosystems, AI-driven content supply chain transformation, and cross-functional collaboration between creative and technical teams, while building production-ready solutions that create measurable operational impact and evolving internal methodologies for future engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, production engineering, marketing technology, automation, or applied AI
- • Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions
- • Experience configuring and implementing creative AI tools and automation platforms in real-world environments
- • Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, content APIs, project management tools, and orchestration frameworks
- • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation
- • Ability to independently create and deploy proofs of concept that drive stakeholder alignment and adoption
