Forward Deployed Engineer - EMEA

📋 Description

• • Join Dash0 as a Forward Deployed Engineer to help define the future of observability by working directly with strategic customers to instrument, integrate, and maximize value from the OpenTelemetry-native platform.
• • Day to day, you will deploy and configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation across customer environments, build custom integrations and dashboards, troubleshoot complex distributed systems and Kubernetes issues, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and product/engineering teams.
• • You’ll be part of a fast-growing, venture-backed startup (backed by Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures) building a simple, AI-centric observability platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil, with a mission to create a product developers love.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, observability, and customer-facing engineering while contributing to product direction through real-world feedback and helping scale internal tools and reference architectures.
