📋 Description
- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Enterprise AI Solutions Architect) at Resilinc, you will be at the forefront of delivering mission-critical, agentic AI-powered supply chain intelligence solutions to global enterprise customers, directly impacting how organizations predict, assess, and respond to disruptions in life sciences, aerospace, defense, high tech, and automotive sectors.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with strategic customers and cross-functional teams across Agent Success, Product, Engineering, Data, Support, and Sales to understand complex business problems, define technical paths, build and deploy production-ready solutions, and ensure they are maintainable, documented, observable, and supportable — turning ambiguous requirements into scalable, reusable implementation patterns.
- • You will join a fully remote, mission-led team at Resilinc, a 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader in supply chain risk management, where innovation with purpose and intelligence with impact drive a collaborative, empowering culture focused on protecting critical global supply chains and enabling life-saving goods to reach their destinations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI deployment, data engineering, and full-stack software engineering while learning how to translate customer needs into reusable product insights, compress time-to-value for complex deployments, and prevent operational debt by building solutions that become institutional knowledge rather than long-term maintenance burdens.
