- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer (Enterprise AI Solutions Architect) at Resilinc, you will be at the forefront of delivering intelligent, autonomous supply chain risk management solutions powered by agentic AI, directly impacting how global enterprises predict disruptions, assess impact, and act in real time to protect critical operations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include working directly with strategic customers and cross-functional teams across Agent Success, Product, Engineering, Data, Support, and Sales to solve complex deployment challenges, define technical paths, build and deploy production-ready solutions, and ensure they are maintainable, documented, observable, and supportable.
- • You will join a fully remote, mission-led team at Resilinc — a 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader — trusted by top companies in life sciences & pharma, aerospace & defense, high tech, and automotive to safeguard critical supply chains and ensure life-saving products and essential goods reach their destinations efficiently.
- • In this role, you will compress time-to-value for complex enterprise customers by transforming ambiguous business, data, workflow, and AI requirements into scalable, reusable software patterns, turning custom work into organizational learning rather than long-term technical debt, while gaining deep expertise in enterprise AI deployment and supply chain intelligence.
