Forward Deployed Engineer – Enterprise Delivery

📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Gray Swan AI, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade software solutions directly inside customer environments, integrating the company’s AI security platform into complex production systems while translating ambiguous, high-stakes requirements into reliable, scalable deployments.
• • You will work hands-on with customer engineering, security, and platform teams to understand system architectures, design and implement integrations with APIs and data pipelines, act as the primary technical owner for deployments, and rapidly resolve issues across environments while ensuring reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• • Gray Swan AI is a well-funded, fast-growing team of ~25 people protecting organizations from emerging AI security threats through real-time threat detection, automated validation, and adaptive defenses, offering high ownership, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to work on purpose-driven AI safety work with globally recognized customers.
• • In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of customer outcomes, deepen expertise in enterprise software integration and secure deployment, collaborate across sales, product, and core engineering teams, and develop skills in solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
