You'll guide them through the initial setup, ensuring a smooth transition, and provide continuous guidance to help them unlock new efficiencies and capabilities.
• • A significant part of your role will involve technical development. You won't just be implementing existing features; you'll be building new ones, developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for novel use cases, and architecting scalable solutions that have a tangible impact on customer outcomes. This hands-on development will directly inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.
• • You will be a full-stack developer, utilizing modern technologies such as React and TypeScript for front-end development, and Node.js and Python for back-end services and scripting. This broad technical scope allows you to contribute across the entire application stack, building robust applications and internal tools that enhance both customer experience and internal operational efficiency.
• • A core focus will be on AI/ML applications. You will design, implement, and iterate on sophisticated AI/ML solutions. This includes mastering LLM prompting techniques to elicit precise and effective responses, tuning AI models for specific use cases, and integrating advanced components like specialized voices and transcribers to create highly tailored and impactful AI-driven workflows. Your expertise in this area will be critical in demonstrating the transformative potential of our platform.
• • You will be responsible for managing APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
