- • Own end-to-end healthcare customer engagements from initial scoping through implementation, delivery, and post-launch support.
- • Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned healthcare customers, building trusted relationships with their engineering and technical teams.
- • Manage multiple concurrent healthcare customer engagements while maintaining delivery quality and customer confidence.
- • Develop and deploy custom integrations, data transformations, and applications to solve specific customer challenges in healthcare data environments.
- • Navigate complex customer technical environments and adapt Protege’s platform to real-world deployment constraints, including regulatory and privacy requirements.
- • Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans, delivery milestones, and practical implementation paths.
- • Identify patterns from customer implementations that reveal opportunities to improve the core platform and surface actionable product feedback.
- • Partner with product and engineering teams to convert bespoke solutions into reusable, scalable platform capabilities.
- • Handle healthcare data with strict adherence to privacy standards, including PHI, and make sound technical decisions in regulated settings.
- • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about technical tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and implementation choices.
- • Create and contribute reusable playbooks, tooling, templates, and best practices to improve future healthcare deal execution.
- • Document repeatable patterns and lessons learned from customer engagements to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where availability outside standard hours is required when deals are live.
- • Balance customer-specific demands with the broader goal of building platform-wide solutions that benefit all customers.
- • Work closely with the healthcare GM, Solutions Leads, and DataLab to align technical delivery with customer and product objectives.
- • Contribute to the rapid growth of Protege’s healthcare vertical by driving successful customer outcomes and enabling scalable delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, forward deployed engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- • Ability to own customer engagements from scoping through delivery and support.
- • Strong technical execution across custom solutions, integrations, data transformations, and/or applications.
- • Comfort operating in healthcare data environments, including sensitivity to PHI and regulatory considerations.
- • Strong customer-facing communication and ability to build trust with technical stakeholders.
- • Ability to bridge customer needs with product and platform capabilities.
