- • Serve as a technical subject matter expert during direct customer deployments of Second Front Systems’ GameWarden platforms for federal defense and national security customers.
- • Lead the technical execution of customer platform integrations, including configuration, deployment, and accreditation of SaaS applications in secure cloud and on-premises environments.
- • Onboard customer applications into GameWarden for security scanning, deployment configuration, and development of accreditation artifacts required for federal compliance.
- • Configure and deploy systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and manage on-premises hardware with secure operating systems and Kubernetes clusters.
- • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based environments, including Talos Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer success, program management, and sales teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps and technical capabilities.
- • Identify gaps in onboarding and customer support processes and advocate for improvements based on direct customer feedback and operational experience.
- • Represent Second Front Systems as the primary technical point of contact during high-stakes federal engagements, ensuring mission-critical success under strict security protocols.
- • Maintain deep technical proficiency in Second Front’s tech stack, including Git, GitLab, Terraform, Helm, Istio, and relational databases, to support customer implementations and troubleshooting.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical federal stakeholders in high-pressure, mission-driven environments.
- • Support occasional travel (up to 25%) to customer sites for on-site deployments, training, and technical support.
- • Act as a self-starter capable of thriving in both independent and team-based settings while maintaining a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
- • Contribute to a culture of compassion, direct feedback, and inclusivity while driving tangible results in support of U.S. national security missions.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship required
- • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance (active or interim clearance strongly preferred)
- • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or eager to certify)
- • Hands-on experience with Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- • Mid to Senior-level experience in technical roles such as software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management
- • Strong client-facing operational experience, preferably within the Defense Industrial Base or federal government sector
