- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Leap Technologies, you will play a foundational role in building the analytical and operational infrastructure that drives measurable savings in employer specialty pharmacy, directly impacting how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed for patients while ensuring employers receive fair pricing.
- • Day to day, you will build 12-month procurement forecasts, maintain real-time formulary data integrity, design integration paths with procurement partners, create scalable workflows for repricing, and develop RFP frameworks to evaluate new rate cards—working cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Member Growth, and Client Success to ensure pricing data is accurate and actionable.
- • You will join a small, high-ownership team at Leap, a fast-growing benefits solutions company partnering with Fortune 500 firms and TPAs to reshape specialty drug spending through transparency, eliminated hidden markups, and expanded access to high-quality infusion providers.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to the economics of U.S. healthcare, develop end-to-end ownership of pharmacy infrastructure systems, and sharpen your ability to balance patient impact with commercial outcomes while shaping partner negotiations and sourcing strategy at the forefront of innovation in specialty care.
