📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will design and deliver tailored AI audio solutions for strategic customers, directly impacting how enterprises use cutting-edge voice technology in support, sales, and education applications.
• You will take full ownership of end-to-end project execution, collaborating daily with customer engineers and executives to architect, build, and integrate ElevenLabs’ technologies into real-world systems, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
• You will join a high-velocity, AI-first global team that values impact over titles, where rapid experimentation and technical excellence drive innovation across engineering, product, and operations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in customer-facing technical problem-solving, software architecture, and API integration while contributing to mission-critical projects that push the boundaries of Audio AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, including through student clubs, side projects, or professional settings
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including software architecture and API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Multi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
