📋 Description

• Partner directly with Talent and Resourcing leadership to evaluate and optimize the organization's talent operations ecosystem using tools such as Airtable, Lever, and other internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve decision-making through AI-driven solutions in talent operations.
• Work as a consultant-builder to understand business challenges from stakeholders, define technical solutions, and lead initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Evaluate current systems, integrations, and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and design optimized technical solutions for talent management.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, recommendation systems, and workflow automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems using APIs and workflow automation technologies.
• Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new talent operations initiatives.
• Develop internal tools and operational platforms that streamline recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Prototype and deploy AI solutions involving large language models, semantic search, and autonomous agents to solve business problems in talent operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and iterative improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver solutions that align with operational goals in a distributed, global environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Latin America to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines supporting talent operations, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.
• Apply SQL and data modeling skills to analyze talent data and inform process improvements.
• Work in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal supervision, requiring independent problem-solving and initiative.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine solutions, and ensure technical deliverables meet evolving business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs
• Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to solve business problems and improve operational workflows
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
