📋 Description

• Partner directly with Talent and Resourcing leadership to evaluate and optimize the organization's talent operations ecosystem using internal tools such as Airtable and Lever.
• Analyze existing workflows, systems, and integrations to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved decision-making in talent operations.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, agents, recommendation systems, and workflow automation to enhance talent management processes.
• Build integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems using APIs and workflow automation tools to streamline data flow and reduce manual effort.
• Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new operational initiatives focused on talent acquisition and management.
• Develop internal tools and operational platforms that automate and simplify talent-related workflows, including candidate tracking, matching, and reporting.
• Prototype and deploy AI-driven applications using large language models to solve business problems in recruitment and talent operations.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, iteration, and stakeholder feedback.
• Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities to non-technical stakeholders in HR and talent functions.
• Translate business needs from Talent and Resourcing teams into clear technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Work in a highly ambiguous environment with evolving priorities, requiring independent problem-solving and proactive initiative.
• Apply SQL and data modeling skills to structure, analyze, and optimize talent data for reporting and AI model inputs.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across the U.S. and Latin America to align technical solutions with global talent operations needs.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to AI frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search techniques for talent matching.
• Support the adoption of agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents to automate repetitive tasks in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends in HR technology and apply relevant innovations to internal systems and processes.
• Deliver technical solutions that directly impact hiring speed, candidate experience, and operational scalability for U.S.-based client companies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs
• Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to solve business problems and improve operational workflows
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
