📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect at Inflection Inc., you will serve as a technical advisor and builder embedded with key customers to design and implement AI-native marketing solutions that drive real business outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will engage directly with target customers to uncover their Jobs to be Done, build working prototypes using Inflection’s ContextGraph and MCP tools, and guide them through implementation with a focus on time-to-value and risk reduction.
• • You’ll collaborate with internal teams across product, engineering, and sales to translate customer feedback into product improvements while advocating for customer needs in feature prioritization and issue resolution.
