• • Join the founding team of a fast-growing, pre-seed AI-powered recruiting startup that is rethinking how top talent lands roles at VC-backed startups.
• • You'll work side-by-side with founders to connect exceptional candidates with career-defining opportunities at some of the most exciting companies in tech — many of them in AI.
• • This is an intensely hands-on, in-person internship.
• • The team lives and works together in a hacker-house in San Francisco, enabling zero-commute days, tight feedback loops, and deep team bonding.

• • Work directly with founders on day-to-day operations and growth initiatives
• • Own end-to-end candidate experience workflows — from intake through placement
• • Connect with hundreds of inbound candidates daily, ensuring an outstanding experience
• • Coordinate introductions between candidates and hiring managers at top startups
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, candidates, and client companies
• • Drive and iterate on internal processes in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• • Take ownership of complex initiatives with real, measurable outcomes
• • This role is fully on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• • The team operates out of a shared hacker-house — living and working together is a core part of the experience and culture.
• • Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
