📋 Description

• As the Founding Creative Factory Manager at Viktor, you will own the end-to-end production engine that transforms strategic concepts into finished creative assets at scale, directly enabling the company’s mission to replace half the SaaS stack with a single AI teammate.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the brief-to-publish pipeline: scripting, shooting, generating, editing, uploading, tagging, and launching creative assets using an AI-powered production stack (Arcads, Captions, Runway, HeyGen, Krea, ElevenLabs, CapCut, ScreenStudio), while overseeing a freelance editor and motion designer roster, maintaining an asset library with versioning and metadata, and tracking production ROI metrics such as cost per finished asset, time from brief to live, and asset-reuse rate.
• You will join a small, high-trust, low-process team based in Munich, New York, and Warsaw, where ownership is real and decisions are made by doers—not committees—meaning you’ll ship your first week and talk to users on day one, using Viktor to build Viktor and seeing your work in action daily.
• In this role, you will achieve measurable impact by scaling creative throughput from 200–500 finished assets per month to 800–1,500 as ad spend scales past $2M/month, documenting and optimizing the AI production stack, reducing cost-per-asset, and building a repurposing flywheel that turns winners into scalable creative systems—all while operating with spreadsheet-level rigor on throughput, cost, and time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience running creative production at mobile-gaming UA, DTC (500+ ads/month), or ex-agency in-house pivot environments
• Operator mindset with PM/producer DNA—not creator DNA—demonstrated by spreadsheet-level rigor on throughput, cost, and time metrics
• Hands-on experience managing a freelancer roster of 10+ editors and motion designers, including scheduling, feedback, and delivery coordination
• Proven experience with screen-recording production pipelines (e.g., Loom-style walkthroughs, Slack-screen recordings) and comfort shipping creative that reskins in 60 days
