- • As Leap’s Founding Designer, you will define how the company shows up to patients and families navigating complex, high-cost therapies, shaping a credible, human, and actionable patient-facing experience across all touchpoints.
- • You will lead end-to-end member journey design—from awareness and onboarding to therapy support and reactivation—by collaborating with growth, care, clinical, product, and content teams to reduce friction and build trust at critical moments.
- • You will build scalable design systems, including reusable patterns, templates, QA processes, and AI-assisted workflows across web, email, direct mail, print, swag, and educational materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- • You will drive member activation through high-performing, data-informed creative in direct-response channels like direct mail, email, landing pages, and paid ads, tying every design decision to clarity, conversion, and action.
- • You will act as both a creative lead and hands-on maker—shaping briefs, guiding visual systems, coordinating cross-functional partners, and producing polished, production-ready assets yourself.
- • You will translate complex healthcare information into simple, responsible experiences that empower patients without oversimplifying or creating anxiety, operating with high agency, low ego, and strong user judgment in emotionally sensitive, regulated environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • A broad designer with strong patient/customer experience judgment, specifically in lifecycle marketing, member engagement, patient education, or high-consideration consumer decisions.
- • Strong product, UX, and research instincts, including the ability to map journeys, structure information, design flows, and translate qualitative insights into better experiences.
- • Direct-response and growth design experience, with a track record of designing creative measured by conversion, activation, enrollment, or response rate.
- • Excellent visual design craft and message hierarchy, with disciplined use of typography, layout, imagery, pacing, narrative, headlines, and CTAs to guide attention and drive action.
- • Experience building systems—not just assets—such as reusable patterns, templates, standards, and workflows that scale creative output coherently and efficiently.
- • Print, digital, and modern production fluency, including knowledge of direct mail production, email constraints, landing page deployment, QA, vendor collaboration, and contemporary design tools.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to define the founding design standard at a fast-growing, impact-driven company reshaping employer specialty pharmacy.
- • Full remote work flexibility within the US, enabling autonomy and work-life balance.
- • Direct impact on patient outcomes—helping people access life-changing therapies with clarity, trust, and reduced financial burden.
- • Collaborative, mission-driven culture partnered with Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs, delivering measurable ROI in care access and cost savings.
- • Support for professional growth in a high-agency environment where you can shape strategy, lead creative direction, and execute hands-on design across disciplines.
- • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as an equal opportunity employer building a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds and identities.
