- • As the Founding Developer Experience role at Adaption Inc., you will serve as the first dedicated developer advocate, shaping how developers discover, adopt, and build with the company’s AI platform from first touch to power user.
- • Your day-to-day will involve designing and shipping proof-of-concept integrations and reference implementations, owning end-to-end developer documentation, running rapid experiments to improve onboarding flows, identifying friction in the developer journey, and creating technical content such as blog posts, video tutorials, and live coding sessions to drive adoption.
- • You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate community feedback into product requirements, help establish the developer relations function from scratch, and ensure the developer perspective is embedded in key decisions across the organization.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a developer relations function from the ground up, influence product direction through real-world feedback, deepen your expertise in AI tools and frameworks, and establish yourself as a trusted voice in the developer community while working with a high-talent-density team focused on continual adaptation in AI.
