• • As a Sr Marketing Ops Specialist at Kraken, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of go-to-market initiatives by ensuring seamless coordination, process excellence, and operational rigor across global teams.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end project workflows, coordinating cross-functional efforts with Design, Brand, Copy, Product, and Compliance teams, maintaining operational systems like internal dashboards and resource centers, and ensuring compliance and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
• • You will join the Growth Operations team, a mission-driven unit focused on increasing efficiency and driving results through strategic planning, repeatable processes, and accountable execution in a fast-paced, fully remote environment spanning 70+ countries.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in marketing operations within the crypto industry, gain experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to scalable systems that enhance team productivity and transparency—positioning you for growth in marketing operations, project management, or go-to-market strategy.
