- • As the Founding Engineer (US) at Haast Technologies Inc., you will be the first US-based engineer building the AI platform that automates compliance workflows for enterprise legal and compliance teams, directly impacting a $50B industry by reducing manual review time and increasing productivity.
- • You will design, architect, and ship full-stack features end-to-end, own technical relationships with key customers, build scalable services and APIs powering the LLM compliance platform, make high-impact technical decisions, and shape the product roadmap and engineering practices as the company scales from Series A to market leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Built full-stack systems at meaningful scale, comfortable architecting backend services and shipping frontend code
- • Deep expertise in Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, with fluency across the stack to own features end-to-end
- • Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and production tradeoffs between speed and reliability
- • Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and translate feedback into product improvements
- • Experience shipping in fast-moving environments while maintaining quality and avoiding breakage
- • Curiosity about LLMs and excitement about building practical applications on top of them
