- • Be the first boots-on-the-ground for Develop Health in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, carrying a solution that already helps 400,000+ patients every month and has vaulted the company from $0 to >$10 M ARR in under two years.
- • Own a curated list of ~50 high-value specialty, primary-care, and infusion practices; map decision-makers, schedule in-person visits, and run crisp demos that show how our AI engine slashes prior-authorition turnaround from days to minutes.
- • Close the loop from first handshake to live install: guide office managers through EHR-marketplace downloads, train clinicians on the three-click workflow, and ensure the first 50 prior auths flow successfully before you leave the parking lot.
- • Keep Salesforce immaculate—every call, email, demo, objection, and install timestamped—so leadership can turn your early wins into the repeatable field playbook that will seed reps in Houston, Phoenix, and Atlanta next year.
- • Become the voice of the Dallas market: surface which EMRs block installs, which front-desk personas gate-keep, and which payer mix drives the fastest ROI, feeding real-time insights to Product, Marketing, and our upcoming HIMSS booth.
- • Within 90 days, convert at least 10 practices, document a 75 % install-to-first-PA-success rate, and generate three customer stories strong enough for a white-paper and national webinar.
- • By month six, expand to 25 live practices, identify upsell paths (e.g., specialty pharmacy feeds, patient-pay estimations), and begin mentoring the second rep hired to split the territory.
- • Partner with our remote Customer Solutions team to design lightweight onboarding packets, co-branded flyers, and lunch-and-learn decks that fit a 15-minute huddle between patients.
- • Spend four days a week in scrubs-friendly scrubs—clinic lobbies, infusion suites, oncology corridors—then one day at your home office refining sequences, updating forecasts, and prepping for quarterly business reviews with the founders.
- • Influence national strategy: your field notes will decide where we geo-fence digital ads, which EHR integrations we fund next, and which payer partnerships we prioritize for 2025.
- • Represent the brand at local Texas Medical Association events, DFW MGMA chapters, and specialty society mixers, turning casual hallway conversations into pipeline.
- • Celebrate wins loudly—ring the (virtual) gong in Slack when a 15-provider rheumatology group goes live, then share the exact talk-track that cracked the nut.
