- • Work directly with French-speaking enterprise customers to onboard, implement, and optimize HappyRobot’s AI platform across voice, email, and enterprise systems.
- • Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs into product improvements and engineering priorities.
- • Build and deploy full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to create custom integrations, MVPs, and tools that enhance customer outcomes.
- • Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML applications including LLM prompting strategies, voice model tuning, and transcription optimization for real-world operational use cases.
- • Manage API integrations with third-party enterprise systems to ensure seamless, reliable, and scalable functionality for clients.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions under tight deadlines.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- • Take extreme ownership of customer success — proactively identify issues, fix them without waiting for direction, and ensure no ball is dropped.
- • Apply craftsmanship to every task, from code quality to customer communication, ensuring all outputs reflect exceptional attention to detail and user experience.
- • Operate with urgency and focus, prioritizing high-leverage actions that deliver maximum impact in minimal time.

- • Participate in shaping the culture and technical direction of the founding France team as a key early hire.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level) — essential for direct communication with French-speaking customers.
- • Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
- • Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- • Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- • Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
