📋 Description

• As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer for the France team at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will be a key technical and customer-facing contributor responsible for deploying, optimizing, and evolving our AI workforce platform for enterprise clients in French-speaking markets. Your work directly impacts customer success by ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and measurable value from our autonomous AI systems.
• Day to day, you will work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping them integrate and optimize HappyRobot’s AI solutions across voice, email, and enterprise systems. You will build new features, MVPs, and scalable tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, while designing and iterating on AI/ML applications such as LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription systems. You will manage APIs and third-party integrations, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines with a founder’s mindset.

• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in full-stack AI application development, customer-driven product innovation, and enterprise AI deployment. 🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level) — essential for direct communication with French-speaking customers.
• Strong full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
