📋 Description

• Join a pre-seed Applied AI startup in San Francisco as a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, working directly alongside the founders to ship across the entire product.
• This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small team building at the intersection of generative AI, creative intelligence, and social media — with ambitions to reach hundreds of millions of users.
• You'll touch everything: web, mobile, backend, infrastructure, AI integrations, and video processing pipelines.
• If you thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments and want your work to matter from day one, this role is for you.
• Build across the full product surface: web app (Next.js), mobile app (React Native), admin tools, pricing flows, and dashboards.
• Ship real features fast — multi-agent orchestration, FFmpeg video stitching, Remotion pipelines, and LLM/VLM integrations.
• Architect systems designed to scale to one million users per day.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product decisions, UX flows, and technical direction.
• Dive into whatever moves the product forward — UI, backend, infra, orchestration, computer vision, ML, or DevOps.
• Own problems end-to-end without waiting for permission or detailed instructions.
• Required (dealbreakers):
• Strong proficiency with Next.js and React Native for building web and mobile interfaces.
• Hands-on, end-to-end full-stack experience across UI, backend, and infrastructure.
• Strongly preferred:
• Experience integrating and deploying AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision language models (VLMs).
• Practical experience with video processing and media pipelines using FFmpeg and Remotion.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ownership mindset — you ship fast, communicate clearly, and flag issues early rather than going quiet.
• Experience building consumer-facing applications at high user volumes.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: Up to $300,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience).
• Early-stage equity in a pre-seed company with strong investor backing.

• Location:
• On-site in San Francisco, CA, United States.
• This is an in-person role; remote work is not available.
