- • As a Founding Growth Generalist at Third Space Therapy LLC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to mental health care for millions of underserved Medicaid patients across America by building and scaling the company’s growth engine from the ground up.
- • Day to day, you will identify and nurture referral partnerships with community organizations, design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (email, SMS, social), create compelling content using AI-assisted tools like Figma, analyze performance metrics, and iterate rapidly — all while working closely with the CEO and leveraging AI agents to amplify your impact.
- • Third Space Therapy is a mission-driven virtual mental health practice dedicated to bridging the care gap for Medicaid patients, backed by prominent investors and led by founders with deep experience in health tech and public health systems, operating at the forefront of agentic care delivery innovation.
- • In this role, you will own end-to-end growth initiatives, develop expertise in AI-powered growth operations, shape scalable systems from early-stage experiments, and gain direct influence over how a pioneering healthcare company scales — all while making a measurable difference in patients’ lives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–6 years of experience in sales, growth, marketing, partnerships, or a related function, with emphasis on what you’ve built and how you think rather than pedigree
- • Proficiency in social media management, basic analytics, and digital marketing fundamentals, including the ability to create marketing assets independently using tools like Figma or Paper
- • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools — actively using platforms such as Claude, Manus, Perplexity, or Paper daily to write outreach, generate creatives, summarize data, and run experiments
