  • • Serve as the founding growth hire for Anomaly Health, owning the entire growth function from day one with full autonomy and direct reporting to the CEO.
  • • Build and scale strategic partnerships to embed Anomaly Health into existing health experiences that target audiences already engage with, such as wellness platforms, clinics, and longevity-focused ecosystems.
  • • Identify, cultivate, and manage authentic relationships with creators and influencers in the longevity, biohacking, and proactive health space, designing programs with trackable attribution rather than superficial promotions.
  • • Develop and operate a compoundable content engine that resonates with health-conscious audiences across platforms they actively use, driving awareness, trust, and conversion.
  • • Design and implement lifecycle marketing automation workflows to convert interest into committed members through activation, nurturing, and win-back sequences.
  • • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy using modern growth stack tools including Apollo, Instantly, Trigify for outbound; Clarify, Loops, or equivalent for CRM and marketing automation; and attribution platforms to measure ROI.
  • • Lead data-driven experimentation over theoretical planning, prioritizing action, iteration, and measurable outcomes over polished decks or assumptions.
  • • Operate with a lean budget and high ambiguity, making decisions based on real-world signals rather than large-scale budgets or established playbooks.
  • • Maintain deep personal engagement with health data ecosystems — actively tracking personal biomarkers, wearables, diagnostics, and proactive medicine trends as a lived experience.
  • • Communicate complex health intelligence concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences, serving as a skilled storyteller who can translate technical insights into emotional and behavioral triggers.
  • • Collaborate directly with the founder, Ramin Sahebjavaher, PhD, who has a proven track record of scaling Prenuvo to $140M in annual revenue and pioneering cancer imaging techniques adopted globally.
  • • Leverage Forum Ventures’ GTM team, network, and infrastructure to accelerate growth without relying on third-party recruitment or external agencies.
  • • Build a brand that stands apart from fragmented health data tools by focusing on longitudinal health intelligence, physician accountability, and preventive decision-making over episodic care.
  • • Own the mission of making proactive health actionable: turning scattered health signals into coherent, personalized trajectories that reduce future health events before they occur.
  • • Represent Anomaly Health with integrity, ensuring all communications align with the company’s values of independence, scientific rigor, and member-centric care.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or early-stage GTM for consumer wellness or healthtech products
  • • Proven track record of running creator/influencer programs with real relationships and tracked attribution, not just paid promotions
  • • Fluency in modern growth tools: outbound platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Trigify), CRM/marketing automation (Clarify, Loops, or equivalent), and attribution systems
  • • Deep personal interest in longevity, wearables, diagnostics, and proactive medicine — actively tracking personal health data
  • • Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to execute with limited resources and high autonomy
  • • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to translate complex health insights into compelling narratives
