• • As a Founding Growth Strategist at Flagright, you will shape the company's go-to-market strategy and drive engagement with high-value enterprise accounts in the financial crime compliance space, directly impacting revenue growth and market positioning.
• • You will own account-based marketing execution, define product positioning and messaging, develop segmentation and ICP strategies, support strategic deals, build sales enablement materials, conduct competitive intelligence, gather product feedback, manage lifecycle marketing and events, and build ABM reporting to track pipeline and engagement.
• • You will join a lean, high-performance team at Flagright, an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups, with direct access to leadership and a culture of ownership, resourcefulness, and fast learning.
• • You will develop expertise in enterprise GTM strategy, ABM execution, positioning for technical products, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence while working closely with CEO, sales, and marketing teams to win in complex financial crime compliance markets.
