• The Founding GTM Enablement Manager will build the go-to-market enablement function from scratch, designing onboarding that gets a new rep selling in two weeks, and writing playbooks for enterprise cycles, pilots, and expansions.
• The role is crucial to BLP's ambitious growth, and we are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong track record in strategy consulting, sales enablement, product marketing, or founding their own company.
• Key responsibilities include building the single source of truth for everything a GTM team member needs, and automating how it stays current, as well as owning the Sales and Technical Success training calendar and running the sessions.
• Requirements include 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, sales enablement, product marketing, or founding their own company, a Bachelor's / Master's / PhD in a STEM field, and fluency in English, with German being a big plus.

🎯 Requirements

• You understand technically complex products quickly and enjoy it
• You communicate precisely towards customers and sellers
• You have a talent for teaching and educating colleagues
• Fluent English. German is a big plus
