• • As the Founding Head of Product at Medley Learning, you will shape the product vision and strategy for an AI-powered edtech platform designed to support multilingual learners and students with disabilities, directly impacting classroom equity and teacher effectiveness.
• • You will own the product roadmap, conduct user research with teachers and students, define success metrics, collaborate closely with engineering to ship features, and lead the expansion into special education while maintaining a high bar for usability, safety, and pedagogical integrity.
• • Medley Learning is a mission-driven, early-stage edtech startup backed by Workshop Ventures, serving over 20 districts and led by a CEO with deep K-12 experience as a teacher, principal, and policy advisor, focused on reducing teacher burden and improving student outcomes through research-backed AI scaffolding.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-enabled educational products, build and lead a product team from the ground up, influence company strategy as a key thought partner to the CEO, and gain hands-on experience scaling a mission-driven startup in the high-impact K-12 edtech space.
