📋 Description
- • As the Founding Onboarding Manager for Nory AI’s US expansion, you will be the first onboarding boots on the ground, leading all aspects of customer onboarding for mid-market and SMB clients in the restaurant industry. Your role is critical to ensuring new customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success with Nory’s AI-powered restaurant management platform.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full customer journey from pre-sales through rollout and handover to Customer Success & Support, deliver world-class onboarding projects, develop scalable playbooks and SOPs, improve cross-functional coordination between Sales and Customer Success, and act as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap decisions.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Nory AI, a Series B-backed company revolutionizing restaurant operations with real-time data and AI predictive analytics. With offices in Ireland, the UK, Spain, and now expanding into the US, you’ll help build the foundation of a world-class Customer Success function from the ground up in New York.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the onboarding function at a high-growth SaaS company, build scalable processes that impact customer success and internal efficiency, work directly with restaurant operators to solve real-world problems, and grow your expertise in SaaS onboarding, hospitality technology, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to a mission that improves margins, reduces waste, and creates better jobs in the hospitality industry.
