- • As the Founding Partnerships Lead at Blossom Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling access to affordable, timely, and clinically effective mental healthcare by forging strategic alliances with payors, health systems, physician groups, employers, and other enterprise organizations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy from the ground up and directly impact millions of patients and hundreds of thousands of clinicians who rely on Blossom’s AI-native care platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem, leading end-to-end negotiations on commercial agreements, cultivating and expanding existing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally with product, clinical, and engineering teams to align partnership goals with product capabilities, and developing scalable partnership frameworks that drive sustainable revenue and patient access. You will also represent Blossom at industry events and stakeholder meetings, ensuring the company’s mission and value proposition are clearly communicated.

- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Proven success in a partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances role at a tech-enabled clinical startup, digital health company, or related healthcare organization
- • Strong bias for action, ownership mindset, and comfort operating with ambiguity and high autonomy
